Our Story

Built for people who mean it.

Core Crush was founded with one goal: bring the most effective reformer workout in the world to Beaverton. Three blocks from the Nike campus, we built a studio that fits the way you actually work — before your shift, on your lunch break, or after.

We chose the Xformer because it’s simply better. More resistance, more range, more results. Every machine, every class, every instructor is here because we refused to compromise on what a serious workout looks like.

“We didn’t just open another Pilates studio. We opened the one that was missing.”

The Machine

What is a reformer? What is an Xformer?

A reformer is a resistance-based Pilates machine that works your entire body through controlled, full-range movements. The Xformer takes it further — adding vertical resistance and a wider range of motion for a harder, more effective workout.

FAQ

Common questions.

What should I wear?

+

Wear comfortable, fittedworkout clothing that allows you to move freely. We recommend avoiding loose orbaggy clothing, as it can get in the way during class and make it moredifficult for instructors to check your form.

Grip socks are required for every class for safety and hygiene. If you don't have a pair, no worries—we have grip socks available for purchase at the studio.

Leave your sneakers at the door—you'llcomplete your entire workout in grip socks.

What makes the Xformer different from a standard reformer?

+

The Xformer isspecifically designed to deliver a more challenging, full-body workout. With alonger carriage and a wider range of spring resistance than a traditionalreformer, it allows for greater range of motion, increased resistance options, and more exercise variety.

You'll perform the same low-impact,core-focused movements Pilates is known for—but with the ability to workharder, build strength faster, and challenge your body in new ways. The resultis an intense, effective workout that strengthens, lengthens, and transformsyour body.

Think of it as pilates - leveled up. TheXformer combines slow, controlled movements with constant muscle engagement todeliver maximum results in minimal time.

Do I need experience to take a class?
