What should I wear and bring?
Grip socks are required and available for purchase at the studio if you don't have a pair. Wear fitted workout clothes — nothing too loose. Bring water.

Each machine must be booked under the attending client's Mindbody account. Your friend can create a free account directly through the booking widget — it takes about two minutes. Gift cards are also available if you want to treat someone to a class.

What should I wear?
Wear comfortable, fittedworkout clothing that allows you to move freely. We recommend avoiding loose orbaggy clothing, as it can get in the way during class and make it moredifficult for instructors to check your form.
Grip socks are required for every class for safety and hygiene. If you don't have a pair, no worries—we have grip socks available for purchase at the studio.
Leave your sneakers at the door—you'llcomplete your entire workout in grip socks.
